• Measure Digital Reception Quality
• Connection of TiVo DVR to existing viewing device and existing sound system
• Connect TiVo DVR to existing FTA Antenna and existing Broadband Network (Hard wired wall outlet OR Wireless network) 5
• Connect to existing power 2 and neatly arrange all cables
• Assist with TiVo service activation (if not already completed)
• Clean up and remove rubbish
• Complete setup diagram and leave in customer folder
• Up to 30 minutes TiVo demonstration on key features

If required, home networking devices (supply and installation) available from tech2home at additional cost.

• Varify/modify existing configuration, including network settings
• Conduct channel scan
• Assist with TiVo service activation (if not already completed)

• Assist with Slingbox software installation on one compatible media player (e.g. computer, mobile phone, ipod)
• Clean up and remove rubbish
• Complete setup diagram in customer folder and provide customer demonstration

• Computer and network must be accessible
• Technician will require the customers username and password for existing router
• Available Ethernet port must be within 1.5m of AV equipment or installation of SLINGBOX TURBO CONNECT (supplied by customer) or installation of Belkin Powerline Adaptor (supplied by tech2home, additional charges apply)
